Weekly Rates 2026 / 2027: 

 

  1 bedroom (2 people) Jan - April 30th -  $4,550 ($650 nightly)

1 bedroom (2 people) May - Dec 18th - $4,200 ($600 nightly)
      2 bedrooms (3 or 4 people) Jan - April 30th - $5,600 ($800 nightly)

2 bedrooms (3 or 4 people) May - Dec 18th - $5,250 ($750 nightly)

Christmas/New Year's rate - $6,200 per week, 10 day minimum

Thanksgiving week - Jan - April 30th rates apply

All rates are subject to an additional 12.5%  for VI hotel tax and $300 cleaning fee

​

Additional 3.5% convenience fee is added to credit card charges
